Since the beginning, we’ve been dedicated to using the freshest, most local ingredients in all of our dishes. With our Byley store being situated inside Lowe’s Farm shop, this makes our ethos so much easier.
Serving up the yummiest roast dinners is the perfect way to use what’s around us to our best possible advantage. We’ll be using the freshest spuds and vegetables from the farm shop’s field (you can even see them from our terrace!) and delicious, locally sourced meat from H Davidsons butchers (situated inside the Farm Shop). Jayne, our manager at Byley, is kindly passing on her trusty, famous family roast dinner recipe so you can enjoy wholesome food every Sunday.
