The new mum meal box: because nobody should be cooking when they’ve just had a baby

What’s in the package?

Why we made it

The early weeks with a newborn are wonderful and exhausting in equal measure. Sleep is patchy, the washing pile is growing, and cooking a proper meal is the last thing on anyone’s mind. Plenty of new mums end up living on toast and whatever’s within arm’s reach, usually eaten one-handed.

Good food matters at a time like this, especially if she’s feeding a baby too. So we wanted to make it easy for friends and family to do something genuinely useful, and for mums to eat well without having to think about it.
