Shipping

This shipping policy excludes our takeaway (pickup and delivery), pre-order and catering services.

Subject to availability we aim to ship your order the next working day (excl orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday then these will be dispatched on a Tuesday as we have to book courier collection).

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. If you do not receive one, please get in touch.

Although we will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Ginger and Pickles is not liable for delays beyond our control.

We offer click and collect at any of our locations.

 

Shipping within the UK and Channel Islands

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day subject to availability. In the event that delivery times are greater for particular products we will include this on the product page e.g. coffee roasted to order which requires time to settle before it is shipped.

If orders are placed at the following times they will be booked for dispatch on Monday or the next working day:

• After 5pm
• Saturday or Sunday
• Bank holidays

 

Orders containing fresh produce will be dispatched Monday - Thursday with next day delivery.

We use Royal Mail or select other couriers like DHL, Parcelforce or DPD for all UK and Channel Islands orders.

We’ll send you an email once we have packaged your order so please make sure your email address is 100% correct. 

Standard postage costs £3.75 and usually takes 2-3 days for delivery or you could opt for Special Delivery for £8 which is guaranteed the next day.

Or, if you spend over £30 you'll get free standard delivery.

From time to time we partner with other businesses to bring a curated selection of complimentary products to customers on our website. In instances like this we ship directly from the partner so your package may not arrive with the rest of your order. 

 

Shipping Outside UK

International shipping is available to Europe, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. All items are tracked.

Expected delivery times and prices

Europe: 3-5 working days, £10
Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 5-7 working days, £24
USA: 5-7 working days, £28

Customers are responsible for payment of any local customs and duties. We suggest that you check with your Government with regards to any fees that you may incur. We cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities confiscate any item or charge any import duty. We have indicated where possible of any charges that we are aware of however this is just a guideline as charges can change daily.

Incomplete or Inaccurate Addresses
We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address.
