Celebrating our Sao Lucas single origin coffee beans
As a family run business we love to source our products and ingredients from local suppliers and if we can support other family owned businesses then that’s a bonus! It’s no secret that coffee is predominantly grown in South America and Africa, and that’s where we rely on the expertise of a small Cheshire based batch coffee roaster. They source the best and most flavour-packed beans from farms in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Peru, Brazil and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
At Ginger and Pickles we are big fans of the Sao Lucas single origin beans and our baristas have all been trained to perfect their skills on the coffee machines, to extract the very best flavour from this roast. You can watch their talent at work when you visit one of our sites and grab a coffee of your own. We hope you agree with us, our coffees are bursting with flavour thanks to the roasting techniques used at the Sandbach based roastery.
We’ve also begun to explore seasonal toppings and infusions within this beautiful roast. For example our flavoured lattes currently include Amaretto, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Caramel and Gingerbread. The latter of which is very popular during the Autumn and Winter months for that warming festive flavour. We’re also taking on the big boys in the coffee industry and offering a Pumpkin Spiced Latte as well! We think you deserve a beautiful G&P rendition of this famous flavour this Autumn.
