Although we will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Ginger and Pickles is not liable for delays beyond our control.

We offer click and collect at the following at any of our locations.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK AND CHANNEL ISLANDS
We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day subject to availability.
If orders are placed at the following times they will be posted on Monday or the next working day:
Friday, Saturday or Sunday
Depending on what you've ordered, we use Royal Mail, DPD or DHL for all UK and Channel Islands orders.
We’ll send you an email once we have packaged your order so please make sure your email address is 100% correct.
Standard postage costs £3.50 and usually takes 2-3 days for delivery or you could opt for Express Delivery for £6. This usually takes between 1-2 days.
Or, if you spend over £20, which let’s be honest is really easy, you'll get free standard delivery.
We include free express delivery in the UK on our items containing fresh produce so they can get to the recipient as quick and fresh as possible. If this applies to your product it's stated on the product page and 'Free Express Delivery' will apply at the checkout stage.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE UK
International shipping is available to Europe, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. All items are tracked.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES AND PRICES
Europe: 3-5 working days, £10
Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 5-7 working days, £24
USA: 5-7 working days, £28
Customers are responsible for payment of any local customs and duties. We suggest that you check with your Government with regards to any fees that you may incur. We cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities confiscate any item or charge any import duty. We have indicated where possible of any charges that we are aware of however this is just a guideline as charges can change daily.
Incomplete or Inaccurate Addresses
We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address.
